NOTE: The above streaming media hosting fees include “UNLIMITED THROUGHPUT”.

Additional Pricing: For encoding, we charge an $ 8.00 set-up fee per video plus $.50/minute. For additional disk space, we charge $.10/MB monthly.

Throttling vs Spiking: We can regulate the maximum amount of concurrent users that access your streaming videos through “throttling”. Example: If you purchase Program Level “B”, you have a minimum of 2 concurrent users that could access your streaming from a high-speed connection and 6 concurrent users that could access your streaming from a 56k dial-up connection. “Throttling” will allow us to regulate the number of concurrent users (2 to 6), so your pricing does not exceed $ 60.00/month. Spiking: By investing in Program Level C and above, we allow you to spike up to 2-levels. For the days you spike beyond your maximum, you will be charged a “Day Rate”. Example: If you purchase Program Level “G”, you have a maximum of 300 concurrent users that could access your streaming video. By allowing you to spike up to 2-levels, you could have a maximum of 600 concurrent users accessing your streaming at one time. If 500 concurrent users accessed your streaming in any given day, you would pay $ 272.00 for that day.
